Job Duties:
Understands production work instructions Occasionally dumps and removes original customer packaging depending on weight Places product on production infeed Packs finish product dependent on customer specifications Works at different work areas as production needs require but willing to work on the same equipment daily Rotates every hour to another position where applicable Inspects product quality while in every position Cleans work area thoroughly before leaving at the end of shift Positively contributes to meeting or exceeding target production efficiencies on a regular basis Performs in line quality checks as assigned Exhibits and maintains a high level of quality and safety standards Demonstrates and promotes the Company Values Performs other duties as assigned NO EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED! What do the shifts look like? 3rd Shift:
10:
00pm - 6:
00am (Sunday thru Thursday) Starts at $15.
00 / hour What does the process look like? Once Human Resources reviews your application, they will reach out if interested in moving forward.
The first interview will be a phone screening.
If it seems to be a good fit for both, we will take you on a tour.
After that comes an offer and we can get you started within a day or two.
