Manufacturing Team Leader Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
Promote a strong safety and quality culture where both safety and quality are core values of everyone at Suominen.
Ensure full compliance to all Safety and Quality related policies, procedures and practices.
Work with the production leaders, operators and external resources who are responsible for various operations activities within the plant.
Works as a part of the machine manufacturing crew.
Provide the training and development support to the production department Assist with performance improvement; safety, quality and environment; analyzing production, skill and competence development Contributes to prioritization, plans and manages operations processes (e.
g.
production, planning, delivery, inventory) to minimize disruptions to production schedules.
Will be a Card Reclothing Team Leader and assist with the Card Reclothing Team Must be able to work a rotating 12 hour shift schedule Job Type:
