Re-Bath of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking a driven, enthusiastic sales professional to add to our Green Bay location which offers THE best product in the industry! Sales Representatives are issued sales appointments (no cold calling) and are responsible for providing comprehensive in-home design consultations and estimates to prospective customers for their bathroom remodeling needs.
We offer flexible schedules and a generous COMMISSION BASED PAY STRUCTURE for the right candidate.
Medical benefits are offered.
Sales experience is required! This career is not easy yet can be very fun and rewarding for the right individual.
We work flexible hours which include evenings and Saturdays.
You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH IN - HOME SALES IS A PLUS.

Minimum of 3 years sales experience - required Basic business knowledge Solid experience delivering customer service Basic accounting skills with a high degree of accuracy Experience managing a busy work schedule High School Diploma Prior construction experience and/or knowledge of construction industry Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Sitting 80% (in the office, client's homes, driving to appointments) Standing/walking 20% Minimum lifting requirements of 45 lbs in order to carry sample kits into client's homes Frequent client and interoffice personnel interaction; heavily dependent on excellent customer interaction Hearing - Must be able to hear telephonic equipment and comfortably communicate with client and others by telephone and in person Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range (within a few fee of the observer) as required for business software and operating office machines Performance Standards (Success Factors):
