Essential Functions:
Serves as primary human resources liaison, including intake and assignment of People Services management specific to performance management and teammate relations, with the intent to improve the employee experience and collaborates with leadership to action strategies supporting overall business goals.
Creates and maintains a strong partnership with leaders and coaches managers on delivering performance management, building accountabilities and holding teammates accountable in a fair and equitable way, developing leadership style, skills and performance to positively impact employee experience and engagement through consistent performance management.
Develops, informs, interprets and advises employees at all levels of the Workplace Practices:
Policy Development and Implementation:
Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
Ensure policies comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Communicate policies effectively to employees and provide guidance on their interpretation.
Provides coaching, training and support to all levels of management on performance development and management.
Conduct thorough and impartial investigations involving employee conduct specific to policies, with appropriate oversight? Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation.
Prepare reports and analyze trends to identify areas of concern or improvement.
Compliance:
Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Ensure the organization's policies and practices align with legal requirements.
Provide advice and guidance on compliance matters, including equal employment opportunity, harassment, and discrimination.
Non-Essential Functions/Other Duties:
Provides ongoing communication to employees at all levels concerning programs impacting employees, including but not limited to policy and procedure, initiatives and opportunities for development, awards, Total Rewards, etc.
Facilitates employee leaves, accommodation requests and other workforce management needs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Not applicable.
Travel Required:
Infrequent with notice provided in advance.
Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role, with frequent sitting and computer keyboarding required.
Employee will be required to sit, talk, hear, type and write.
Occasional bending, squatting, stooping, and lifting (up to 35 pounds) is required.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Human Resources certification, PHR or SPHR strongly preferred
Experience:
3- 5 years hands-on human resources experience as a generalist or HRBP preferred Deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance and other regulatory matters Skills and Competencies:
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Demonstrated ability to create, refine, develop, implement, and manage new and innovative processes Proven ability to work effectively at both detail and big-picture to support day-to-day business needs and drive organizational goals Proven leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and with all levels of the organization to successfully lead and motivate employees at all levels & build confidence in HR knowledge and delivery Demonstrated commitment to customer service, including proactive communication and prompt response to employee needs Strong analytical skills and the ability to seek out root cause solutions to avoid ongoing challenges and develop/maintain KPIs Demonstrated ability to maintain and present, strong documentation Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to listen and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with audiences of varying degrees of familiarity with human resources Other:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
