Join Woodside Senior Communities as our newest Maintenance Technician! We are searching for a full-time skilled Maintenance Technician to complete our team.
This position is perfect for a hard working individual who desires to learn higher level maintenance skills while on the job.

You would be responsible for preventative maintenance and scheduled tasks for HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical and security systems as well as the maintenance of the building interior/exterior structure and painting/staining, grounds duties, and snow removal.
This position offers a variety of work tasks and a great deal of autonomy.
Most importantly, our employees interact with our residents in a warm and inviting setting, emphasizing the familiarity between staff and residents as we serve them within their home.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diploma/GED required.
Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
Previous experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
Basic computer skills and the ability to fulfill on call duties within 30 minutes are required, as is a valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
