When you join our production team, you will have the ability to learn, grow, and be challenged.
Core Operations- fast-paced role that requires the operation of different machines to produce quality sand cores needed in the manufacturing process.
Assembly of complex sand cores using different adhesives and tools.
Molding - fast-paced role that requires the setting up and processing flasks in preparation for iron pouring.
Process includes preparing flask (setting cores, adding filters), operate equipment and pouring iron.
Melt Operations - fast-paced role that requires operating a variety of equipment such as crane with large magnet, melting furnaces, transportation to molding lines, and autopour vessel.
Also, requires periodic temperature and chemistry checks to ensure required specifications are met.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a safety-first, fast-paced team environment.
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and attendance.
