Supply Chain Analyst

GP Recycling is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.
The Supply Chain Analyst creates value by using data to help drive business results.
In this role, the analyst will work closely with business leaders and use data and communication to identify opportunities to support business strategies, improve capabilities, eliminate waste, and drive technology innovation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Planning/Optimization and/or Sales and Operations Planning, tenacity for solving problems, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This role works with our businesses to deliver both tactical and strategic solutions, ensuring initiatives provide expected business value through project controls, collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Success will be achieved by leveraging experience, leadership skills, positive attitude as well as the understanding for cross-functional relationships in helping to deliver process and technology solutions within a global environment.
This position would support businesses out of Green Bay, WI office; GP Center- Atlanta, GA; Savannah, GA What You Will Do Working with production to determine consumption levels and forecasting Interacting with sales executives to obtain appropriate supply Optimizing multiple supply points with best demand locations and transportation option while managing unloading and inventory capacity Understand and develop quality expectations within your supply basket Establish, maintain, and nurture business partnerships with facility leaders and internal customers to ensure productive and profitable operations while challenging the status quo Developing benchmarks, KPIs, and metrics for business units Working independently, setting goals, and achieving milestones with minimal direction.
Leading and managing concurrent projects and demonstrating effective prioritization skills for maximum value creation Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams for the assigned projects Create specifications and communicate solution driven changes for systems to meet all stakeholder requirements, ensuring deliverables meet the current and future needs of the business Communicate solution driven changes to key business stakeholders Who You Are (Basic Qualifications At least 1 year of supply-chain/procurement, data analytics or financial support experience Experience using Microsoft Excel to create and modify spreadsheets using formulas, utilizing v-lookup and pivot tables Experience reviewing and analyzing data in support of business decisions Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites Experience with root cause analysis and ability to drive solutions What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in business management, logistics or supply chain Previous experience in a distribution center or production environment Experience planning, forecasting, or performing procurement functions At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
