Senior Technical Buyer

Job Overview:
Schneider is seeking a Senior Technical Buyer in Green Bay to oversee the acquisition, compliance management, and disposal of Tech (IT) hardware, software, and related services.
You will own key supplier relationships and negotiate the contractual obligations for our Tech (IT) group.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the acquisition and portfolio management of key Tech vendors.
Establish relationships with appropriate suppliers and negotiate favorable solutions.
Responsible for compliance management, which includes providing Tech leadership with information regarding the entitled quantities of software that are licensed and the contractual methodology for calculating number of licenses deployed.
Participate in the annual Tech budgeting process to identify, analyze, and implement cost saving ideas.
Co-lead software audits with the Tech group.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; or the equivalent.
Five years experience in software licensing, purchasing, and negotiations.
Certified Purchasing Manager preferred.
Experienced in complex purchases involving hardware, software, and services.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
