Client Support Analyst

Schneider is seeking a Client Support Analyst to oversee the day to day operations of the dedicated delivery programs.
You will facilitate problem resolution on load related issues and monitor/track loads, and follow up and/or communicate any delays to the appropriate customer reps.
This associate will interact with cross-functional departments to identify barriers to service.

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
Four to six years of relevant experience Ability to analyze various courses of action and make recommendations Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload Recommended Skills Safety Principles Requirement Prioritization Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
