This position will be responsible for the coordination of various Transportation and Logistics processes, while having strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a high degree of professionalism.
This position includes various responsibilities that will help gain exposure to transportation and the KBX Logistics business.
It is a great starting point that could lead to other opportunities within KBX Logistics! This role is located out of our Green Bay, WI office, with an opportunity to work a hybrid work schedule that combines office work (Mondays and Tuesdays) with remote work on other days of the week.

What You Will Do Support operational needs by taking on various tasks such as authorizing accessorial charges, data entry, proof of delivery (POD) requests and other administrative tasks as needed Customer load creation and tracking to meet service needs Appointment scheduling and resetting via email or phone Act as a liaison between various parties to provide timely resolution for OS&D incidents as well as accessorial requests Managing LTL invoice exceptions for timely resolution Identify processes improvements that will help eliminate waste Building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) High School Diploma or GED Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word; to write business correspondence, Excel; for use of spreadsheets, reporting, simple formulas and Outlook; for internal and external correspondence What Will Put You Ahead An Associate's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar related field Previous experience in Transportation/Logistics industry or Customer Service At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
