Position Summary This position performs in a supervisory capacity in the Northeast Region office in the functional area of Technical Services.
Its primary roles are to achieve program objectives by interpreting and applying policy within its programmatic area and directly supervising a staff of professional, technical, trades, and paraprofessional positions.
This includes broad leadership responsibility to coordinate resources and develop staff; apply appropriate discipline-specific technical expertise in decision-making; fulfill a management role in policy development and implementation; and, determine ways and means of accomplishing mission-critical objectives.
The position oversees activities in the following areas:
Environmental - Civil Engineer Advanced, Environmental Analysis & Review Specialists Administration - Office Operations Associate, Records Program Associate Program Controls/reports - PPA Advanced This position also manages front desk operations as well as region facilities.
Salary Information This position is in schedule-range (81-03) with an annual salary of $66,560-$81,120, plus excellent benefits.
A twelve month probationary period is required.
Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan.
Job Details WisDOT does not sponsor work visas.

Qualifications Qualified applicants will have experience with all the following:
Experience mentoring, leading and advising others to accomplish work objectives Experience with transportation project and/or operations management.
Examples may include:
Oversight of transportation projects in design, construction, or operations, managing project progress tracking/reporting, developing and tracking budgets, etc.
Experience using Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) to track and analyze data.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
