Unified Communications Analyst
Job Overview:
Schneider is seeking an IT Unified Communications Analyst in Green Bay to provide technical expertise and support for Enterprise collaboration systems.
This includes Microsoft 365 e-mail delivery and security policies, collaboration tools including MS Teams, SharePoint content and file sharing, Power platform, and meeting room conferencing equipment.
This role is responsible the for configuration and policies, process documentation, monitoring, life-cycle management, and performance tuning of the collaboration infrastructure.
Provides expert level support for complex issues.
This position provides influence of teammates and peers, as well as significant collaboration with other business and Tech teams.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and administer Enterprise collaboration systems to ensure availability, security, and performance.
Serve as technical specialist for the resolution of complex platform problems or issues impacting a large number of users.
Translate business requirements into collaboration system or process designs.
Develop and enforce collaboration standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience in infrastructure or network environments.
Subject matter expert level computer skills including understanding of networking, client and mobile technologies, system administration, Active Directory, operating systems and collaboration/client applications.
PowerShell or other scripting experience is required.
Platform level knowledge of enterprise messaging and collaboration systems such as Microsoft 365 is required.
Experience with Microsoft Windows servers, SharePoint, Azure strongly desired.
Ability to work on-call and/or on nights and weekends as needed.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences across organizational boundaries.
