Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person , communicate with teammates, use the POS to enter and maintain inventory and process payments , transfer inventory between locations as requested , work with teammates to problem solve and eliminate communication errors, help others clean and maintain the appearance of the store both inside and out, quality check all jobs from the shop to ensure all repairs have been completed accurately and to our standards, receive and sort daily shipments, run physical inventories.
Bookkeeping duties and maintain daily books and deposits.
Shipping and other duties as requested.
Hospitality-Assisting with the salesfloor on welcoming clients in and making sure they are comfortable.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years prior experience in an office or customer support role.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Quickbooks along with strong computer skills, ability to multi-task ,strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working independently and /or with a team.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
