Senior IT Coordinator

Position Overview:
This position supports the facility in all aspects of IT, including desktop, mobile, network, and wireless troubleshootingCoordinates all IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriatelyCompiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problemsIdentifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverablesCoordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriatelyWorks closely with corporate IT to ensure standards are maintained
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Respond to incident and service requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronicallyInstall and configure software and hardware including but not limited to:
printers, network cards, phone systems and surveillance video/CCTV Clean, modify and repair computer hardware including monitors, keyboard/Mouse and printersManage servers - Including user access and managementSet up new user hardware and physical spacesMaintain licenses and upgrade schedulesServe as liaison between Corporate IT and end userImplement and maintain security standardsApply and institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projectsWork with corporate IT to provide advice on the most suitable IT choicesProvide technical support or training for systems and networksMonitor system performance Perform troubleshooting and repairs and maintenance activitiesCollaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in a similar role; previous IT experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferredAbility to relate to and empathize with customers Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications Understanding of LAN/WAN configuration Experience in support roles preferred Bachelors or technical degree in information technology preferred Certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security
