You would work with support staff to deliver successful street, utility, and stormwater projects for local municipalities. You would work on a variety of projects, depending on client needs, with the goal to eventually design and manage projects from start to finish through design and or construction. Depending on your experience, interest and workload, there may be opportunities to work on site development, agricultural and/or environmental projects.Qualifications and SkillsThe ideal candidate shall possess the following
Qualifications:
Enjoys working in the municipal engineering field and enjoys working with other professionals in a friendly team environment Self-sufficient, can take the lead on project work, and can meet deadlines Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering (or a related degree) Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin Minimum of 4 years of experience Experience in project management and client interaction AutoCAD Civil 3D basic knowledge - regular use of AutoCAD will not be required in this position Have strong communication skills and are comfortable talking with clients and contractors BenefitsRuekert & Mielke, Inc. is proud to be 100% employee owned. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
