Tundra Lodge Water Park and Conference Center is located 4 blocks from the Packer Stadium and houses Green Bay's only indoor waterpark.
We provide a variety of services to our patrons in our restaurants, meeting spaces, waterpark and suites.
We believe in exploring our customers' needs and providing them with exceptional service at every step of the way, while creating lasting experiences that they want to repeat again and again.
Job Description Serve patrons with a positive and friendly attitude.
Provide information to help with food & beverage selections.
Present ordered menu items with care Prepares room for dining by ensuring all tables are clean, set, and ready for dinner service.
Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails and appetizers; suggesting menu items; explaining the daily specials and answering food preparation questions.
Transmits orders in a timely manner to kitchen by ringing in patron's orders and identifying any special comments or allergies Ensure that each plate is coming out hot, neat, and presentable Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
Obtains revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payment; returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing all side work tasks & any daily cleaning tasks Server Skills and
Qualifications:
General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, Customer Service, Resolving Conflict, Teamwork, Persistence, Energy Level, Selling to Customer Needs, Thoroughness, Professionalism.
