00 pm Security Service is a 24/7 operation May need to occasionally flex hours based on needs of client/service Expected to fill in for call offs if called off shift cannot be filled Regular on call is a requirement (and is paid) Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
In conjunction with the Security Manager, ensures the effective and efficient performance of subordinate personnel:
o Scheduling and ensuring posts are staff all hours as required by the client Ensure all personnel receive new hire and ongoing safety Plans and conducts monthly security and customer service training enforces all rules, directives, regulations, policies, and procedures of the company (Sodexo) and client (P&G) Assures all security personnel receive, review, and follow Security Officer Assignments, Post, Orders, and SOPS Addresses security staffing or personnel issues Auditing of all tasks and filing of all paperwork Audits Security logs and reports for completeness and accuracy Maintain the site key system The key box for site keys is located in Security office.
The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring this key box is secure at all times.
Issuing and receiving of keys; documentation of transactions Ensures proper forms and approvals received for issuing of keys Creating of cores for locks.
Sodexo Facilities is responsible for door lock and handle changes.
Receive reports of missing keys and provide appropriate corrective action Monitors and Operates in the C-Cure System or Badging System Ensures the C-cure system is off limits to all non-security personnel.
Does not provide any card access or photo information without the approval P&G Facility Security Owner (PSSL) Maintains the C-Cure System to include (at the directive of the client):
Creates P&G personnel badges (new hire and replacement), to include taking of photos; activates and de-activates badges Creates contractor and visitor badges (new hire and replacement), to include taking of photos; Activates and de-activates contractor badges Provides badge information reporting at the authorization of the P&G Facility Owner (PSSL) Monitor the Activity Viewer for unauthorized entry at the turnstile gates Makes corrections to badge records based on audit findings (audits are conducted by the P&G Facility Security Owner (PSSL) Maintains the Site Walk-in lists, ensuring updates made only via the approved process.
Monitors and maintains CCTV cameras and monitors.
Working with the P&G CCTV subcontractor, coordinates and oversees the preventive maintenance and/or repair work Conducts regular audits of cameras and monitors to ensure proper working condition Ensures camera recordings are off-limits to non-security personnel, unless authorized by the P&G Facility Security Owner (PSSL) Conducts frequency-based inspections/audits and completes corrective action plans for panic alarms/response alarms, access control doors, egress/ingress, perimeter detection, and other physical security systems Assists in incidents, accidents, and emergencies (i.
e.
theft, fire, property damage) that may occur.
Ensure all data is properly documented, prepares the final Incident Report, and forwards to the appropriate personnel.
Participates in incident investigations.
Attends site meetings (i.
e.
construction, shutdown) to represent Security and coordinates the requested Security response (i.
e.
traffic detours, additional staffing, etc.
).
Respond to situations requiring a Supervisor presence (i.
e.
escalated issues at security posts, customer/employee disputes, safety incidents, accidents, suspicious activity) Ensures guard posts have the needed supplies (cleaning supplies, PPE, copies of paperwork).
Ensures physical facility condition of guard posts; works with P&G and Sodexo Facilities as repairs are needed.
Participation in client and company inspections and audits Maintains the 0360 Rover patrol program- location of check points, user accounts, reporting Assists with review and updating of security forms, procedures, and programs Assists with lot closures and determining of detour routes, and directing traffic May assist with snow/ice removal and salting of walks Assists with Security projects like line and/or sign replacements or upgrades Serves as an alternate Security Officer, Receptionist, Rover, or Mail Delivery in absence of any of these positions Pay:
$20-$22/hour
overtime
Qualifications:
Wisconsin Private Security Person Permit CPR/First Aid Certification Valid WI Driver's License Working knowledge in Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Previous Security Supervisor/Leader experience.
This team oversees a team of 20
officers 24/7 Experience or working knowledge of Logistics preferred Customer Service and People skills necessary Organized, ability to meet or exceed deadlines, follow instructions, hold team accountable Must be willing to manage by walking around PPE required-safety shoes, vest, bump cap, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.
