Execute the installation of pathways and cabling as per project specifications. Analyze blueprints to gain insights into job site requirements and plan upcoming tasks efficiently. Develop comprehensive job layouts for projects with limited scope and size. Take charge of small teams when necessary. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards at job sites. Execute installation, termination, programming, and testing tasks for systems. Deliver customer training and provide ongoing maintenance and support. Undertake travel to different locations for hardware replacements and troubleshooting. Monitor the progress of work, delivery schedules, and implementation phases. Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork associated with projects. Skill Set High School Diploma or equivalent; PMP or BICSI certification preferred. 2-5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Strong proficiency in telecommunication, data network, cabling, and connectivity. Excellent interpersonal communication abilities. Capable of comprehending and interpreting floor plans effectively. Collaborative team player with a positive demeanor. Hold a valid driver's license, with access to a vehicle and proof of automobile insurance. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Also, capable of driving to job sites and traveling out of state as required.
