About The Role - Representative - Sales (Green Bay WI)The Sales Representative develops new accounts and expands Orica's relationship with existing customers within a specified geographic territory. The role provides account management support, facilitates ongoing service and helps customers solve their problems within the area.What you will be doing Safety, Health, Environment, and CommunityoPromotes company-wide and Regional SHES initiatives.oImmediately reports any accidents, injuries or incidents and assists in investigations.OperationsoWorks closely with Operations and Technical personnel to maximize safety and promote quality, innovation, and efficiency.oWorks closely with Regional Manager as well as Operations and Technical personnel in the Territory to ensure Commercial offerings can be supported.FinancialoAchieves the agreed upon objectives for Territory sales, contribution margin, market share, growth, and cash contribution by identifying valuable customer solutions and extracting the value for Orica.oPrepares and manages sales budgets for the Territory.oSupports Finance to meet reporting and analysis requirements.oWorks with Operations to drive the highest quality, productivity, and profitability through accurate incorporation of the resource model through the Territory.oPrepares customer proposals while following Orica's protocols (MQOMS, GQOMS, etc.) for Letters of Offer to customers.oManages customer contracts including rise and falls and other price adjustments. Customer Development oBuilds and maintains strong customer relationships through consistent, professional communications and interactions.oAnalyzes customer profitability and manages the customer solution offering to maximize Orica's financial outcomes.oDevelops and implements account plans and strategies to increase profitable growth and maximize value extraction.People DevelopmentoAssists in the development of human resource capabilities by providing mentoring and training as needed.Physical Requirements oSignificant travel throughout the region by road and air.oRemote, culturally diverse sites with limited communications systems/support.oTypical office work setting and also outside in extreme ranges of climate and weather conditions.oPeriodic extended working hours.oFrequent exposure to noisy, heavy equipment, hazardous materials and difficult terrain.oModerate physical stress and occasional long hours.oRequire activities include sitting, walking, reaching, bending, frequent use of hands and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.Your QualificationsoBS/BA degree in related field or equivalent work experience.oMinimum 5 years' experience and demonstrated achievements in sales or related field.What you will bring oAbility to develop customer relationships and effectively promote products.oPreferred sound knowledge of the US mining, quarry, and construction markets, regulatory requirements, and applications of explosive products.oStrong communication skills to motivate customers and co-workers.oComputer literacy in standard PC and SAP software.Compensation Range Full Time Salary Salary Rate $70,000 - $100,000 /year Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan(Salary to be determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)Benefits (Full Time Employees) Medical/Prescription Drug - Three (3) plans to choose from Dental - Two (2) plans to choose from Vision - Two (2) plans to choose from Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts Basic Employee Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Voluntary Employee/Dependent Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Company provided Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Company provided Employee Assistance Program Voluntary Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness & Accident Plans Voluntary Identity Theft Protection Voluntary Legal Plan 401(k)

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
