We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Writer and Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Blog Content Creation:
Produce high-quality, engaging, and well-researched blog posts that align with our brand voice and target audience.
Conduct thorough research on metal fabrication trends, relevant topics, and keywords to enhance content effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a social media content calendar across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Create and curate compelling and shareable content that resonates with our audience.
Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Video Content (a plus):
Utilize video creation/editing skills to produce engaging content for social media platforms.
Incorporate video elements into blog posts and social media campaigns to enhance visual storytelling.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of blog posts and social media content using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of content strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a freelance writer with a strong portfolio of published blog articles.
Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Familiarity with video creation/editing tools and experience in incorporating video content into social media strategies (a strong plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience working in the metal fabrication industry is highly desirable.
