As the Maintenance Assistant you will be responsible for helping our maintenance team maintain the grounds, get rooms ready for new residents, drive residents to appointments, and other light maintenance duties as assigned.
What you'll be doing:
Driving residents to appointments Helping ready rooms for new residents Helping maintain the landscaping Working the carpet cleaner Helping with other maintenance projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in facilities management or maintenance preferred Experience in customer service Friendly manner and desire to be around and help our residents Valid Drivers License What's in it for you?
