Structural Engineer ( Green Bay, WI )Contract to Direct-B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis-Advanced degree and/or professional engineering certification (PE) preferred-6 or more years of experience as a structural engineer-Strong verbal and written communication skills-Team player and proven positive attitude when working with both internal and external colleagues and clientsOrganization and Professional Qualities-Manages team development and serves as a mentor for junior engineers-Effectively utilizes team members and assists with their career development-Suggests possible solutions for improvement of internal processes-Develops lasting relationships with clients-Effective, strong communication skills at all levels, including with project team, managers, and clients-Resolves team conflicts when they ariseResponsibilities-Creates and executes project work plans and revises plans to meet changing requirements-Identifies resources and assigns responsibilities-Manages all aspects of a project and reviews deliverables before delivering to client-Applies the firms methodology and enforces project standards and quality assurance procedures-Manages project budget-Maintains client files and manages day-to-day client interactionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
