# Job Description
The Director Channel Management (DCM) is responsible for the development and optimization of exclusive Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fuel marketing channels and relationships and sales performance through these channels.
The DCM is responsible for leading efforts related to prospecting, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with fuel marketing channel partners. The DCM will assist the Managing Director of Structured Growth (MDSG) and the Managing Director of Business Development (MDBD) in the development and implementation of the sales strategy relating to indirect sales channels. The DCM will lead the planning and development of company systems, policies, programs, procedures, product needs, and resource deployments related to indirect sales channels. These activities will be done in close coordination with the MDSG, MDBD and other functional leaders.
The DCM will actively monitor the performance and payback of all indirect channels and improve returns through incentive/commission improvements, product focus, process improvements, and culling low value channel partners. This effort will include all channel partners including Consultants, Agents and Associations.
The DCM will report directly to the Managing Director, Structured Growth.

Minimum
Qualifications: - 5
years - Experince facilitating third party business development including contracting,commision payments, and customer coordination.

years - Experience with direct sales or customer facing roles in the energy or trucking industry.
Must possess and maintain a valid Drivers License
Preferred
Qualifications: - Advanced degree preferred, (Bachelor's or Masters) in Business, Engineering, or Marketing
