# Job Description
Wisconsin Public Service, a subsidiary of Integrys Energy Group, is currently recruiting for an Operations Support Consultant - Technical for our office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This position reports to the Superintendent - Distribution Operations Center.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and manage the DOC (Distribution Operations Center) and ES&C; (Energy Supply & Control) System Operator Training Program. Utilize an accepted Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process to develop learning curriculum encompassing a variety of training technologies. Implement delivery of content, process and technical system learning curriculum using a variety of instructional methods. Provide effective, specific feedback to learner on performance regarding learning content. Facilitate learning situations to manage group process and discussion.
Manage the DOC and ES&C; System Operator Training Records Management System including recordkeeping and documentation of System Operator Continuing Education Hours required to maintain NERC Operating Personnel Credentials (Certification). Evaluate, record, and monitor DOC and ES&C; Operations personnel trainee progress and on-the-job training. . Coordinate training with Substation Operations, Electric Line Department, Hydro, Fossil, and other operations departments when required.
Partner with Department leadership to identify workplace improvement opportunities and evaluate and recommend solutions to performance issues. Apply an understanding of analyzing performance gaps and integrating solutions to improve performance with individuals and groups.
Participate in Wisconsin System Operator Training Committee meetings and assist in developing training for members of Wisconsin System Operators.

Minimum
Qualifications: - A minimum of five years experience in Electric Utility Operations, Generation Operations, System Operations, or Electricity Utility Business Functions.
A minimum of three years experience with formal or informal leadership.
A minimum of three years experience with computer applications (i.e. Word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, etc).
A minimum of one year of experience with designing, developing, and delivering workplace learning curriculum including needs assessment, content development, and training program evaluation.
NERC Certification is required within the first year in this role
Preferred
Qualifications: - A Bachelors degree in Electric Distribution, Electrical Theory/Electricity, or other related technical field is preferred.
