Production Supervisor

Our client is a strong regional player within the Dairy and Food Ingredients industry. With the addition of several new markets, we are now seeking an additional individual for the role of Production Supervisor. As a Production Supervisor you will oversee a team of 20-35 Production Associates in a very fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will be challenged with maintaining the daily production effort and also with developing future Bench Strength individuals for promotion to roles of increased responsibility. You success will be determined by your ability to engage and develop the workforce under your direction. This is a position that will provide rapid advancement potential for a high performer. Position reports to the Plant Superintendent.
Requirements:
Four year degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Business - off-setting industry experience will also be considered
Prior internship or experience within the Food or Beverage industryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
