Our client is a leading international player within their industry. With their rapid further expansion into the global marketplace, we are looking for an additional Maintenance Manager to continue their tradition of exceptional process practices. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be challenged in supporting the day to day maintenance efforts for a Flagship facility. This role will involve establishing strategic initiatives in the areas of Reliability, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, and World Class Continuous Improvement efforts. As the Maintenance Manager you will be asked to provide and also manage strategic initiatives centered on progressive approaches to address the challenges faced within a high speed manufacturing operation. Future Bench Strength development will be another key area of your responsibilities, to insure future workforce stability within the organization. Position reports to the VP of Engineering.
BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Ag Engineering
5 years of progressive maintenance management within a high speed Food
Strong knowledge of Reliability, Preventive Maintenance, Ammonia Systems
Strong budgetary skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
