General Production Worker
Production Laborer (Rendering)

The Production Laborer position is located in Green Bay and is responsible for operating processes and equipment in a safe, cost effective and professional manner to ensure a safe working environment and high quality product. Pay is competitive at $14.60/hour, bonus potential and full benefits package offered. This is a full time role working a 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:00pm) with work on some Saturdays.
Key
Responsibilities:
o Provide coverage for any area of plant operation where directed, by operating all equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures
o Trouble shooting and repairing equipment failures as appropriate
o Maintain a clean work environment to meet company standards of 'tour' ready facility by assuring that plant and equipment is maintained and kept clean
o Communicate to the Shift Supervisor all accidents, down time, and exceptions, or any cost saving ideas and recommendations involved in the plant operations, assisting in the investigation and necessary documentation of any such incidents or opportunities.
o Perform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team.
o Outside work required- will work in summer/winter temperatures and the elements
Qualifications:
o 1 year work related experience
o High School diploma or equivalent preferred
o Able to stay physically active throughout the shift
o Results driven & strong motivation
o Must have a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
o Strong communication skills
