Our client is a Tier 1 supplier to the Automotive, Marine, and Heavy Equipment Industries. This client employs over 30,000 people internationally. The plant is located in Northeast Rural Wisconsin.
Responsibilities:
Assist Managers in operational activities. Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals. Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure projects delivery within budget and deadlines. Build strong team relationships through regular meeting and communicate to all levels of the organization. Identify problems in operation processes, evaluate performance and strategic plans and direct and guide departments in process improvements resolution in a timely matter. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures. Prioritize, schedule, delegate work assignments, assist Management with direct action plans to support new products and processes. Define and implement Continuous Improvement activities, quality, safety and customer satisfaction goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree and seven to ten years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, product specifications, blueprints, governmental regulations, and quality systems and ISO requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
